1. Verify web browser version.
This site is designed to be compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.
From the browser menu, Select "Help," then click on "About Internet Explorer".
 
If the version is 5.0 or earlier, click HERE to get the latest version or contact your IT Helpdesk to update.
 
2. Enable JavaScript.
This Site Requires the use of JavaScript. To enable follow the instructions below.
From the browser menu, select "Tools," then click on "Internet Options..."
 
Select the "Security" tab and click on the "Custom Level..." button
 
Scroll down to "Scripting" and make sure "Enable" option under "Active Scripting" is selected.
 
Click "OK" and click "Yes" on the warning message that appears.
 
Click "OK" to get back to the browser window and REFRESH the page.
 
3. Enable Session Cookies.
This Site Requires the use of Session Cookies. To turn on cookies follow the instructions below.
From the browser menu, select "Tools," then click on "Internet Options..."
 
Select the "Privacy" tab and click on the "Advanced..." button
 
Make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked and "Accept" option under "First-party Cookies" is selected.
 
Click "OK" to get back to the browser window and REFRESH the page.
 
4. Clear the Temporary Internet Files cache.
From the browser menu, select "Tools," then click on "Internet Options..."
 
Click the "Delete Files" button. Click the "OK" button. Wait until the hour glass pointer disappears.
 
Click "OK" to get back to the browser window and REFRESH the page.
 
5. Set browser to check for web page changes.
From the browser menu, select "Tools," then click on "Internet Options..."
 
Click the "Settings" button.
 
Select "Every time you start Internet Explorer".
 
Click "OK" to get back to the browser window and REFRESH the page.
